Entry Visa

Denmark has issued many visa-free protocols with approximately 90 countries and regions around the world. If you are an EU/EEA citizen or resident, you might not have to worry about Visa issues when entering Denmark. However, we highly suggest you to consult with your local foreign affairs officials or travel agencies if you are not an EU/EEA citizen or resident.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

Mille Skovbjerg
CAP Partner
Registration Chair

If you need a Visa to enter Denmark, we provide Invitation Letter for your Visa application.

Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date. Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants and we are not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the Conference Organiser at ms@cap-partner.eu

Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.

The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.

Applicants should contact the nearest local Danish Embassy or Consulate to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.

COVID-19 Information

General COVID-19 restrictions are no longer applied in Denmark. However, you might encounter several occations that require PPEs, such as some airlines.

Furthermore, Denmark no longer offers public COVID-19 tests. If you need a test to head back, you have to purchase and book an appointment with private test centers. Here are some of the private facilities that still offer COVID-19 tests.
