The registration fee covers the following: participation at the main conference, participation at the HotWiSec 2013 workshop, proceedings on USB stick, and social event (city tour and dinner). Participation at the main conference and the workshop includes lunch and breaks. No workshop-only registration is possible.
Paper Authors: For all papers presented at the main conference or the workshop, at least one full registration from the list of authors is required. ACM student members should choose the option "ACM/SIGMOBILE/SIGSAC Student registering at full rate" on the very first page of the registration if they register as a paper author and no other full registration from the set of co-authors will be done.
Demos and posters: For demos or poster presentations, at least one student registration from the list of authors is required.
Student registrations: Student registrations are available to full-time students only. A proof of student status must be provided at the time of registration. Please email or fax a proof of your status, signed by the department head/chair or the faculty advisor to the General Chair, Levente Buttyan, at email@example.com or +36 1 463 3263. If this proof is not received, the full registration fee will be applied.
On site registration: On site registration is possible at an extra charge of 50 USD over the applying registration fee.
Payments can be done via credit cards (only Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), check, or wire transfer. Credit card based payment is preferred, and can be completed via filling in the credit card information in the on-line registration form below. In case of checks and wire transfer, register on-line and contact the General Chair, Levente Buttyan, at firstname.lastname@example.org for details of the payment procedure.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be submited by either email or fax to the General Chair, Levente Buttyan, at email@example.com or +36 1 463 3263. They must be received 2 business days before the event to qualify for a partial refund. A 50 USD cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations. The partial refund will be issued after the conference.
