Registration Notice

• Early registration for CCS 2014 is now open.
• Early Registration is available until 11:59PM (EST), September 20, 2014. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration rate.
• Any registrant can opt-in to become a SIGSAC member. SIGSAC will pay for their memberships (soon after the conference).

Registration Policy

• At least one non-student registration is required for each paper presented
  at the main conference or a workshop.
  
• At least one presenter per accepted poster/demo must register for the conference.
• Student registrations are available to full-time students only. Students must show proof of student status upon their arrival.
• A single non-student main/full conference registration can cover up to three conference and poster papers in total, for which the registrant is an author/coauthor. A non-student workshop registration can cover up to two papers in the same workshop. Separate non-student workshop registrations are required for the papers in different workshops.
• If your registration is canceled by October 3, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 3.
• You may purchase up to four (4) additional pages for a paper at a cost of US $150 per page.
  

Group Discounts Available!

If 5 people from the same organization register for the conference, then you will receive one free main conference registration (Tuesday to Thursday, excluding workshops and tutorials). To receive the group discount, please register the first 5 people and then send an e-mail with the names of registered members to yczhang@asu.edu. After receiving the e-mail, we will send you a registration code with which you can register one additional person for the main conference for free.

Important Deadlines

• Paper/poster authors: on or before August 24, 2014 11:59pm (EST), August 29, 2014
  
• Early registration: on or before September 15, 2014 11:59pm (EST), September 20, 2014
  
• Late or on-site registration: after September 20, 2014
