Group Discount

We offer a discount on registration fees to organizations that send 5 or more employees to CCS’24. Group discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied retroactively. Specifically, group discounts do not apply to student registrations. To get the group discount or more information, please email the registration chairs.

Registration Policy

At least one author per accepted paper, poster, or demo must register for the conference. One author can only register for one paper, poster, or demo at most. Students must show proof of student status upon their arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made until September 16, 2024 (inclusive) will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between September 16, 2024 and September 26, 2024 (inclusive) will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds are provided for any cancellations received after September 26, 2024 (for any reason, including rejected visa or no shows).
• Modifications to registrations are permitted until September 26, 2024 (inclusive). Modifications are only allowed on profile information (e.g., name, institute, and dietary restrictions, etc), not including registration types. Substitutions (same type) for registered attendees are permitted at any time.
• For canceling a registration, attendees need to reach out to the registration chairs, and then they can initiate a full/partial refund in the system.
