Paper Authors: For all papers presented at the conference, at least one full registration from the list of authors is required.
Demos and posters: For demos or poster presentations, at least one student registration from the list of authors is required.
Student registrations: Student registrations are available to full-time students only. A proof of student status must be provided at the time of registration. Please fax or email a proof of your status, signed by the department head/chair or the faculty advisor to the general co-chair, L. Lazos, at (+1) 520-621-3862 or email@example.com. If this proof is not received, the full registration fee will be applied.
On site registration: On site registration is possible at an extra charge of 50 USD over the applying registration rate.
Cancellations must be submited by either mail, email or fax. They must be received 2 business days before the event to qualify for a partial refund. A 200 USD cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations. The partial refund will be issued after the conference.
