Reservations

CCS 2011 has reserved a block of rooms at Swissôtel Chicago at reduced room rates. The conference rate is $249 per night for a single/double occupancy room. An additional $20 will be added to the room with two or more occupants. All room requests require an advance deposit or credit card to guarantee the reservation. Should a guest desire to cancel their reservation, their deposit will be refunded in full if they notify the Hotel at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Credit cards will not be charged until actual check-in or late cancellation.

Reservation Cutoff

The reservation cutoff date for ACM CCS 2011 is September 18, 2011. No reservation is guaranteed after this date. Hotel will honor all early arrivals and stay-overs at the group rate as long as rooms are available.

O'Hare International Airport

Head west from the airport terminal and bear left at International Terminal. Take the I-190 East ramp for two miles. Bear right at I-90 East, and proceed for about five miles. Bear left onto the Express Lanes ramp to Armitage Avenue. Merge onto I-90 Express Lane / I-94 Express Lane. Take the East Ohio Street exit, and continue for one mile. Continue on West Ohio Street. Turn right at North La Salle Boulevard.

Midway Airport

Head north from South Cicero Avenue, and proceed for two miles. Turn right onto I-55 N. Take the US-43 N exit. Bear left at South Lake Shore Drive. Bear right onto the Randolph Street ramp to I-290. Turn left onto the ramp to Wacker Drive. Bear left and head toward East Wacker Drive. Bear right at East Upper Wacker Drive.
