Note: Registration fees for the Netherlands and other countries are VAT exempt.

Registration Policy

Each accepted main conference paper, poster or DEMO must have at least one author registered with a non-student registration. The registration must be either Main Conference Registration or Full Package Registration as non-student.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before October 6, 2026 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between October 7 and October 14, 2026 (inclusive) will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 14, 2026, for any reason, including rejected visas and no-shows.
  • Registrations may be modified until October 26, 2026 (inclusive). Only profile details may be changed — for example, name, affiliation, and dietary requirements — not the registration type. Substitutions of an attendee for one of the same registration type are permitted at any time, less a €50 administration fee.
  • Refunds will be processed after 19 November 2026.
  • To cancel a registration, please contact the registration chairs, who will then process a full or partial refund in the system as set out above.
