Registration Policy

At least one author per accepted paper, poster, or demo must register for the conference. One author can only register for one paper, poster, or demo at most. Students must show proof of student status upon their arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made until September 6, 2025 (inclusive) will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between September 6, 2025 and September 13, 2025 (inclusive) will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are provided for any cancellations received after September 13, 2025 (for any reason, including rejected visa or no shows).
Substitutions (same type) for registered attendees are permitted until October 3, 2025, and each registration allows only one substitution.
