Registration Policy

• At least one non-student registration is required for each paper presented at the main conference or workshop.
• At least one presented per accepted poster/demo must register for the conference.
• Student registrations are available to full-time students only. Students must show proof of student status upon their arrival.
• A single non-student main/full conference registration can cover up to three conference and/or poster papers in total for which the registrant is an author / co-author. A non-student workshop registration can cover up to two papers in the same workshop. Separate non-student workshop registrations are required for papers in different workshops.
• If registration is cancelled before the cancellation deadline, a refund of 50% of the registration fees paid will be given. No refund after the cancellation deadline or for no shows.

There is a group discount that is available like previous years. If 5 people from the same organization register for CCS, then you will receive one free main conference registration (Tuesday through Thursday, excluding workshops and tutorials). To receive the discount please register the first 5 people, and then send an email with the names of the registered members to the registration chairs (the links to the email addresses are at the bottom of this page). After receiving the email and confirmation of registration, we will send you a registration code with which you can register one additional person for the conference for free. Please keep in mind that if there are students who receive the student travel award, they would not count in the group registration. Also, the free registration will be at the lowest level of paid registrations.

Note: ACM CCS has not historically offered any discount to ACM members for registration in one-day tutorial/workshop.
