SIGSAC Policy on Simultaneous Submissions
Effective Date: April 1st, 2012
Manuscripts submitted to any conference, symposium, and workshop sponsored by SIGSAC must not be concurrently submitted
elsewhere, in accordance with ACM's
simultaneous submission policy.
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the rejection of the manuscript. In addition, the authors of a manuscript violating the simultaneous submission policy will be banned
for two years from submitting manuscripts to any conference, symposium and workshop sponsored by SIGSAC.
The time period of two years will start from the first day of the conference/ symposium/ workshop where the violation has
occurred. Violators will be banned from submission to any conference, symposium and workshop sponsored by SIGSAC that has
a submission deadline occurring in the banning period.
The execution of the ACM SIGSAC policy on banning individuals who violate the simultaneous submission
policy will be carried out by the program chair(s) of the SIGSAC conferences, symposia and workshops that experience
simultaneous submissions.
